“I approach therapy in order to understand the meaning of the symptom and to what it speaks. This is true for both Individual and couples/ family work as well as organizational development.
I have done extensive work studying and living various transitions in my own life and assisting others with transitions. Change is a constant in our world and learning to navigate the changing tides and to transform oneself through attending to these transitions and make meaning of them allows us to grow as individuals. Understanding ourselves better and bringing our deeper self forward is our greatest task and maybe our greatest gift to the world.”
“Be patient toward all that is unsolved in your heart and try to love the questions themselves….Live the questions now. Perhaps you will gradually, without noticing it, live along some distant day into the answer.”
~ Rainier Maria Rilke
Traci is extremely intelligent and knows exactly what to say to help you discover the things you need to know about yourself to make you the best person you can be.
When, I came in for help, I was a total wreck. Through the use of the skills learned from Traci, I began to see light in my life. In summary, my life now is so amazingly wonderful, and I mean this from the deepest part of my soul.
Traci is an empathetic listener and has good advice. I appreciated her openness and honesty. Traci has personally helped me overcome challenges in my life and is an absolute lifeline. I highly recommend her.
