Moving is often an adventure but it can also be difficult. Having moved many times and in the process learning to adapt to different weather and different cultures and countries and different ways of being I am fully aware of the impact potential both positive and negative. In the best of times there is growth and learning , adventure and maybe even excitement. Making change as an individual , couple or family all have different challenges that need to be navigated. However, change when it is unwanted can bring with it fears and insecurities and concern over unknown circumstances. Each individual has unique experiences and tolerance for transition and adaptation. Sometimes a listening ear and understanding can provide solace and even assist in sorting through confusion and offer insights into blocks for turning transition into transformation.
